The parking options at One ifc and Two ifc are designed to save you time and make your day hassle-free. Shoppers can also take advantage of our exclusive Complimentary Parking or Valet Parking services.

Our exclusive Valet Parking service is quick and easy for you to drop off your car and go shopping. Simply drive to Finance Street near the entrance of Two ifc car park, where our parking valets are ready to serve you. After shopping, just return to the main entrance of Two ifc car park, and our valets will bring your car to you.

Customers who spend HK$2,000* or above with a maximum of THREE single-day sales receipts by electronic payment at ifc mall can enjoy one complimentary 4-hour valet parking service.

To register for and redeem the valet parking service coupon, please present your same-day original sales receipt at the ifc mall Concierge on Podium Level 1 (near Shop 1033 and Shop 1090) before collecting your car. The valet parking service coupon is valid for one month from the date of issue. Each shopper can redeem and use only ONE coupon per day.

Spend HK$200 or more in the designated restaurants, cafes or food trucks to enjoy the following free parking privilege for parking in the West Gate Open Car Park (excluding coach parking). Enter Car Park between 8:00am and 10:00pm, and make the redemption on the same day. Users must present not more than 2 original same-day electronic sales receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slip(s) (including EPS, credit card, Octopus card or mobile payment only) from purchases made in the designated restaurants, cafes or food trucks.

Car Park Service Centre, G/F, West Gate Open Car Park

These Terms and Conditions apply to users of West Gate Open Car Park ("Users").

Users may only redeem the Free Parking Privilege before leaving West Gate Open Car Park by presenting the corresponding Octopus card, Visa or Master card at the redemption counter. Users must enter West Gate Open Car Park between 8:00am to 10:00pm and make the redemption before 11:59pm on the same day. The Free Parking Privilege does not apply to coach parking.

To be eligible for the Free Parking Privilege, Users must present not more than 2 original same-day electronic sales receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slip(s) (including EPS, credit card, Octopus card or mobile payment only) from purchases made in the designated restaurants, cafes or food trucks. Each eligible electronic sales receipt can be used once only. All the Free Parking Privileges are non-exchangeable for cash and non-returnable.

The following receipts are NOT eligible for the Free Parking Privilege: Any receipts from payments made by cash or gift vouchers or merchants’ cash vouchers; any receipts from purchases of cash vouchers or gift vouchers or gift cards or value-adding transactions; and any duplicate, photocopied or handwritten receipts.

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (the “Authority”) reserves the right to scan and photocopy Users’ electronic sales receipts and the corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference and record only.

The Authority reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Authority reserves the right of final decision on all relevant matters.

Free Parking Privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or privilege (including but not limited to the night parking privilege and Accessible Hourly Parking Privilege for holder of a Disabled Person’s Parking Permit issued by the Hong Kong Transport Department).
