4worldlovers: For HK standard, this hotel has a relatively larger room. It is near to bus station and walking distance to subway. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff are nice too especially Helen she cleans our room thoroughly and refills all the amenities. It is an enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for nearly 4 months when we moved to Hong Kong and we could not have been happier with the hotel. The staff were so helpful, the service was good at all times. Special mention to Kelvin Kwok and Bobby Mak. The rooms were clean and large enough for us to feel comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the mountain. Any requests we had were dealt with quickly. We were sad to leave in the end! Thank you Nina for taking care of us.

If you’re going to Red Doors Studio, this is really the best pick, location wise. Less than 5min from Wong Chuk Hang MTR if you take the shortcut route by going down the slope and then taking the flight of steps down, about a 7min walk to the studio slightly further up. Shortcut via the slope and steps is much faster, though you can also choose to avoid climbing by using the flatter grounds via the side door. Bus stop right in front of the side door goes to many places as well. Took a bus ride up to Stanley beach one day cos it’s so convenient.
